Description

annotate spatial grid with cell ID and cell metadata (optional)

Usage

Arguments

gobject	Giotto object
spatial_grid_name	name of spatial grid, see ``showGrids` <#showgrids>`_
cluster_columns	names of cell metadata, see ``pDataDT` <#pdatadt>`_
